Peel Holdings are one of the biggest land owners in the North West of England. We need to seek legal counsel in order to challenge them on something this size. They have a lot of resources, experience and knowledge regarding policy loop holes. This does not make them untouchable though!

Expert Advice

The land we all love is home to vital flora and fauna. We need to consult experts for surveys and advice. It’s not just wildlife though, and we plan to commission reports on flood risk, subsidence, transport and pollution. Your contribution will help us tap into those pools of knowledge, before Wigan Council put a spin on it.
